ABOUT US

WHO WE ARE
We are a non dogmatic, interfaith, community of meditators. We come from all races, religions, and walks of life to meditate for God Communion and world peace.
WHAT WE DO
We meditate twice a day. Once in the morning and once at night. We break bread together and discuss the truths that unite us all.
WHY WE DO IT
Communion with the God of our own understanding through silent meditation with a prayer for world peace is why we do it. We believe inner peace leads to world peace. Prayer and Meditation are the methods we use for communing with God and experiencing the peace that transcends understanding.
Our Core Practices
Our core practices are prayer and meditation, breaking bread together, and interfaith dialogue. Prayer and meditation are the twin wings of a spiritual walk with God.
Everybody eats and breaking bread is the means through which we build the bridge and build community. Interfaith dialogue in a search for the truths that unite us all is the work that will weave a net of connection between diverse people and communities to foster world peace.
MEDITATION DAY AND NIGHT
Psalm 1 is directly in the middle of the Bible and it holds the key to a spiritual walk with God. Meditate day and night to experience inner peace, resilience, and the fruitfulness of a life united with God.
MEDITATION AS PRAYER
Prayer is talking to God and meditation is listening to God. Meditation as God communion is the type of meditation that we teach. Communion with God in silent meditation is the means in which we get to know our own mind, our prayers, and the God of our understanding.
